Job Description
Being a ref is so much more than officiating a game on the field. As a ref you’re the most important person at the paintball park because you'll impact the a customer's opinion of the park more than anyone else.
Your mission is to make sure guests are playing safely, are having a great time, and to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
