The paintballs are non-toxic, non-staining, and virtually harmless, but you should wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. After all, you will be running, rolling, diving, and jumping around! While there are no hard and fast guidelines for what you should wear or not, we do have some suggestions.

Everyone will need to sign and fill out the paperwork to play paintball. For all players under 18, they will also need their parent or guardian signature. Often times parents bring the friends of their children to play paintball. It is recommended that each child has their own parent or guardian sign the waiver. It is provided here for convenience and can also be signed at the field.

There are no exceptions to signing the waiver and it may not be modified.

Bring a smile and be ready to have a great time! We have everything else you need, from paintballs to snacks, drinks, or even pizza. We are a full service paintball field with the most convenient location in Houston. Our mission is to make sure you have the very best experience playing paintball. Paintball is a blast, so it isn’t that hard to do!

A valid photo ID is required to redeem any online reservation. Without your ID you'll want to pay in person for the event.

We have plenty of covered space along with 20 foot long picnic tables that are great for gatherings of any size. Bring cake, order pizza, or eat some snacks in the shade. Our covered area is right next the paintball fields, so even if you don’t want to play, you’ll be able to see all the paintball action as it happens on the field!

If you have a large party, don’t want to wait, or simply want your equipment ready when you arrive, then you'll want a reservation. Reservations eliminate the disappointment of arriving only to find out we are fully booked.

We do not accept deposits. You can either pay in full for your event or pay a small booking fee to hold a spot for each player.

Without a reservation equipment is available first-come first-serve. With a reservation, all you’ll need to do is check in and we’ll be able to get you started!

Cancelling a pre-paid reservation is a no hassles process when you give at least 24 hours notice for groups of less than 20. Cancellations for groups of more than 20 players can be refunded with no questions asked with 72 hours notice. Unconfirmed reservations are non-refundable.

Sometimes people can't make it last minute. Don't worry, while we don't offer same-day refunds, you'll get everything you paid for when you check in. If you'd like to play today then walking in is your best bet. You can always call and check to see if we have space for your group, but guests are served on a first-come first-serve basis.

Booking an event is quick and easy and should be done at least 12 hours prior to your event. If you'd like to play today, we do accept walk-ins. Call ahead (281-892-1148) to find out if we have space for you and your friends.

Urban War Zone Paintball is the first and only field that offers truly unlimited private play. All day. No limits. When you go out to play on one of the fields it'll be your team only. Unlimited Private Play is included for every group of 6 or more players.

There will be other people in the common area where you check in, sit at picnic tables, and our indoor restrooms.

The recommended age to play paintball is 11 years old, however we take 10 year olds who are properly dressed and who can follow the rules. This is the standard age limit for all fields in Houston and no reputable paintball field would accept anyone under 10.

Age limits are set by the insurance companies and non-negotiable. If you have young kids who can play, rest assured that they will not be thrown in with adults or other parties. Unlimited private play is standard at Urban War Zone Paintball!

We have free paintball birthday invitations to invite your friends and family to play paintball at Urban War Zone paintball in Houston, Tx. Instructions and links to download them can be found here. Once you’ve printed and sent them to your invitees, be sure to make a reservation to play at Urban War Zone. The last think we’d want to happen is for you to show up at the paintball field and have to wait.

Decorations are great to bring! Balloons, signs, or streamers are totally ok. We want to provide an amazing paintball experience for you and your guests, everything else we do is a convenience.

Please avoid cooking hot meals and other food items that may burn unsuspecting children.

Reservatinos for all birthdays, corporate events, and special life celebrations can be made online. A reservation guarantees the best experience, least amount of waiting time, and lowers the stress of organizing an important event. Are reservations required? No. Are they recommended? Absolutely.

Walk-in players are always welcome, but we do book out and you should be prepared to wait a bit like going to a restaurant on a Saturday night.

Urban War Zone is a full service paintball park and we provide all of the equipment you need to play paintball safely. Before you choose to play at a park you should check to make sure all protective gear is in good working condition and available for every player. There are 5 components to any gear setup.

If you have any concerns about the safety of our gear, paintballs, or procedures, please to speak to a manager before continuing to play. Your opinion matters. Your safety, and the safety of those you love, is our absolute top priority. We will not knowingly compromise our safety standards for any reason. Please respect our age requirements, safety rules, and the refs who help ensure a safe experience for all players.

Each and every player is expected to know and follow the rules. Your safety, and the safety of all guests, is our top priority. Please respect our rules and the staff working hard to make sure you have the best experience possible.

This is the bare minimum we ask from every player. Additionally we ask that each guest be a good "citizen" and help support the a positive community atmosphere. Guests who are detracting from the family friendly atmosphere may be refused service and barred from the park.

The UWZ team has over 50 years of combined experience operating a top tier paintball park - as much or more than any other paintball park in Houston.

Operating a paintball park is a part time hobby for most of the owners in the Houston market, but for Urban War Zone it's serious business. There's a lot at stake when our guests trust us with the things they hold most dear, their friends, family, and special events. We meet that challenge head on.

We have always sanitized our gear at Urban War Zone, but since COVID-19 we've added a final rinse through bleach to finalize the process. Helmets, markers, and chest protectors are all cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Urban War Zone has indoor restrooms with touchless sinks and toilets. Door handles and surfaces are cleaned hourly. Ample supplies of soap are provided. Outdoor sinks with a single push button and soap is also provided so you can wash your hands and clean up.

We sanitize each picnic table when a family leaves and we've spaced the tables out to give each group plenty of space to interact with each other without being in direct contact with other guests.

We no longer require or even encourage masks, but our policy may change based on best recommendations from the CDC.

As an outdoor park we do not require masks at this time.

Please read the membership agreement. It's short, simple, and outlines what we expect from members. It's a privilege to be a member, not a right.

Applications are required and not all applicants will be approved for membership. Don't apply until you've read the membership agreement.

Members are expected to set the very best example for guests at the park, help and teach new players, and generally be good park citizens. Enjoy your membership.
